US DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the items ordered. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days

Express Shipping: Not currently offered

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Due to the custom nature of our items, we do not accept exchanges or returns. However, your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are dedicated to making sure you have a positive experience with us!

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Our customer service team will work with you to resolve any issues and ensure you are happy with your product.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us immediately. We will request that you provide a photo of the damaged or defective item along with your order details. Upon verification, we will either replace the item at no additional cost or provide a full refund, depending on your preference.

INCORRECT ORDERS

If you receive an incorrect item or your order is missing an item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will correct the mistake by sending you the correct item or issuing a refund for the missing item.
